Piscataway, New Jersey

"Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly; nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock; and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away."

Anba Abraam & St. Moses

Anba Abraam

Known for his humility, purity, and prayerful life, Anba Abraam was deeply loved by his fellow monks. His spiritual wisdom led him to become a priest, then abbot, and later archpriest, serving faithfully in the Coptic Church.

St. Moses

Despite his past life of sin, St. Moses had a heart open to God. Drawn by the holiness of the monks in the wilderness of Scetis, he sought the true God he did not yet know. His search led him to the desert, where his transformation began.

About Us

Serving and growing in Christ since 2005 through God's love and grace.

Since its founding in 2005 with just 30 families, St. Moses and Anba Abraam Church has flourished through the love of God the Father, the grace of His Son Jesus Christ, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit. Now serving over 180 families, the church continues to grow each year, offering spiritual guidance, youth programs, and community services. This growth is a testament to God's unwavering presence and the dedication of His people to build a strong, faith-filled community rooted in love and service.

ADA Access Project

Inspired by the transformation of St. Moses and the humility of Anba Abraam, the Coptic Orthodox Church of St. Moses and Anba Abraam in Piscataway, NJ continues to grow in both spirit and community. What began in 2005 with just 30 families has now flourished into a thriving congregation of over 180 families.

To continue serving our growing congregation with love and inclusivity, the church has launched an ADA Access Project to ensure that individuals with wheelchair and mobility needs can fully and comfortably access the House of God. This important initiative reflects our commitment to welcoming all members of the Body of Christ without barriers.
